Hey folks,


It's been a while....again :s

I seem to be neglecting this account a lot for which I do apologise.

I will soon be back up and running on this account again. Been very busy with work, Crossacademycosplay, story writing, and the like.

I will in the next few weeks be re-uploading part of a story/fic that I started a while back with Danielle MizoresAngel - I have been proof reading and editing it.
So far it is at around 47 000 words - with a lot more to come


I will start reposting cosplay photos again soon!!!!!
I have a batch of Vampire Knight photos to post from the photo shoots with CrossAcademyCosplay.
I have a number of cosplays have made in the room that I need to finish and several more that I need to start making.

I have started making a number of keyrings recently.
So far I have just done keyrings for the CrossAcademyCosplay members - on one side they have the photo of their choice and on the other the CAC logo.
Once we have made the new logo we will start making it so that the watchers/susbscribers of CAC can also buy them.


I have now set up a CosplayIsland account so you people can keep up to date on my cosplay progress - See bottom of the journal for link.

Hey folks,


Apologies for being largely inactive as of late.

Have had to deal with an ex-friend trying to tell people that I forced myself/raped her. She has continually denied having said this to people however I have been presented with multiple screenshots of her conversations with people with her saying that I had done. I have given her lots of chances to come clean or to be friends again however each time it has just been chucked back into my face.
So I have been busy as of late getting together everything I might need should she continue - As I will go to the police and take part in an polygraph test (lie detector) should this continue.
I won't have people slandering my name. Not now. Not ever.

Just a quick thank you to those that have been there to help keep me calm, sane and happy over the last few months you have helped me a lot with this and with the other things that have worn me down just recently - Thank you for being there I love you guys <3
Especially the skypetards you have been extra awesome <3


Work has been extremely busy also - It is now harvest season at work.
Currently working on organising haulage for 50 000 mt of Rapeseed,
(Thats only counting the contracts we already have in our computer system - The farmers are selling additional tonnage on a daily basis now that the markets are higher than they have been for some time.
After August will then be taking on the Feed Wheat harvest as one of my colleagues has been moved onto another commodity......so I have double the amount of work I had last year
The great thing about working for Glencore - There is lots of chance to expand. You can grow within the company taking on more responsibilities on the logistics side, until eventually you can go onto the Trading desk and from there who knows


On a deviational topic:

As many of you know I have another account: CrossAcademyCosplay
which (now that the ex-friend has been removed) has now taken on 4 new people for the group.
We have reached a 23 000 deviation views milestone
Once my knee is fully healed/useable after the hiking accident then there will be some more photo shoots of Zero/Yuki/Yori and much more


I will also be doing photo shoots for Pandora Hearts with Becka, Jenn, Lily and Jess.
So you will soon(ish) see some Gilbert Nightray and Jack Bezarius cosplay photos up



Expo:

Expo plans are all full steam ahead Have had to cut out one of the planned cosplays - But otherwise everything is going to plan
Will be staying in a hotel suite with 13 other awesome people
A couple that I have never met and some that I have not met in faaaaaar too long so will be great seeing them again.
Including my lovely girlfriend Alice
We have officially today been together 2 months and long may it continue



Lots of people to meet at expo so once again it is going to be a busy one
But am staying from Thursday through to Monday so that should be able to spread the meetings out across the 5 days nicely

The great thing about cosplaying......The awesome people you get to meet
The friendship groups from the conventions are like giant families
There are always there for you, and you for them. Each and every one of them has their own story to tell - Their own experiences to share.
They are some of the best people I know

As per my last journal I took part in hiking The West Highland Way - In Scotland - From Milngavie to Fort William through some of the worst terrain Scotland has to offer.

There were 3 of us that began the Hike - Mairi, Ross and Myself.

Unfortunately Ross damamged his back the day before the hike lifting paving slabs so ended up quitting half way through day 2 of the hike.

Against all expectations Mairi managed to do the whole hike without damaging herself.

I however was not so lucky.
At the end of day 2 - During a section of the way which was just clambering over wet/sheer rocks and tree roots - I managed to slip on a rock, twist my leg and whack my knee against the rock.
Resulting in hobbling the remaining 3 days of the hike - 67 miles -  (often usiing the hiking poles as crutches.)


I can tell you that the knee so far doesn't seem to be broken - Xray results will be with my GP next Wednesday- Ligamants and tendons await to be checked but so far is looking hopeful that it is just a sprain.


The scenary of the hike was absolutely stunning - We had some amazing views of mountains, lochs, Glencoe battlefields and lots more - Not sure whether or not I will post the photos on here but those of you that have me on facebook will be able to see them there.

Afternoon all,


My friends and I have decided that this summer we are going to hike the West Highland Way.
The hike is estimated to take 6-7 days (which includes stopping to take pictures of the scenery) starting 9th July and ending 15th July.

The hike itself is estimated to be 151km.
Starting from Milngavie (Just north of Glasgow) going all the way up to Fort William at the foot of Ben Nevis.


Originally we had planned this as just a activity for fun - but we have now decided to take things a bit further and do this as a charity fund raiser as well.

We have choosen the following charities in which the funds will be distributed equally between.


NCDS - Supporting deaf children and young people
Dogs Trust
Cancer Research UK
The Stroke Association

We haven't got a specific target amount to raise - Any donations big or small would be greatly appreciated.

Long time no speak - Have been busy on the CrossAcademyCosplay account so haven't been on this much.

So decided to come on and post a journal...........a journal with a twist...........as it is shamelessy advertising the other accounts journal *whistles innocently*

With only 1.5 weeks remaining till the MCM expo (London Excel Centre UK) I thought i'd give you all a quick reminder.


Khloe and I are organising a mini photoshoot for all the Vampire Knight fans + cosplayers at the convention.

It will be at 12 o clock Noon - At the mini-wooded area by the bridge. (As you come out of the centre turn left and follow the ramp, go down the steps and we will be around there)

Shouldn't be too hard to miss as Khloe will be swinging around the 7 foot artemis........I'd advise bringing a hard hat

Even if you aren't cosplaying Vampire Knight please come say hello anyway


Khloe and I will also be kidnapping a few people either Saturday or Sunday to take part in a semi-proffesional shoot (similar to our current deviations).

So you may get picked out


This also means our commision poses is once again OPEN!!!!!!

So please comment with anything you would specifically like us to do




Also - We will be looking into possible creating prints/keyrings/photos etc of our deviations (without the DA watermark) and putting them up for sale - Will keep you informed
